Terms and Conditions

1. Buyer must include a deposit of 20% of the total sales amount with contract.
   (Seedlings will not be reserved if deposit is not received with contract.)
2. Deposit on cancelled orders are non-refundable.
3. Payment is expected at time of delivery unless prior arrangements are made.
4. Georgia customers must provide a copy of valid GATE card before delivery or Georgia sales tax will be added.
